Recall Builder keeps confirmed repair context together
Selected repair options and confirmed technician facts now stay connected throughout Recall Builder follow-ups, supporting a fuller Correction section from the supplied procedure.
Keep the selected recall option attached to later answers
Recall Builder preserves the repair option selected in the conversation alongside the facts the technician has already confirmed. A later answer therefore belongs to the established procedure rather than becoming an isolated note that loses its repair context.
This improvement is useful when recall documentation arrives in stages. Inspection findings, component work and completion details can be supplied as they become available without repeating the same workshop information at every turn.
Expand the Correction section from the supplied procedure
After the repair is confirmed, the tool uses the source document to build a procedure summary for the Correction section. Depending on that document and the selected option, the summary can cover:
- Access to the affected area and required disassembly.
- The corrective operation or component replacement.
- Routing and securing of the repaired assembly.
- Reassembly and reinstallation described by the procedure.
- Specified torque values, settings, diagnostics or calibrations.
The source explains the procedure; the technician establishes which work occurred. An unanswered completion detail remains open until it is confirmed in the conversation.
Resolve outstanding workshop facts before copying the narrative
Review the generated Correction against the actual repair. Confirm any remaining operations or measurements requested by Recall Builder, and check that the chosen repair option matches the work being documented.
The result is a connected recall repair account built from the supplied procedure and confirmed facts. This update concerns continuity and procedure coverage; it does not replace the technician's review of the final record.
