Recall Builder Tool

What it does

Recall Builder Tool turns official recall document text into a clear recall narrative.

Recall narrative is the final wording created from the source material you provide.

Recall Format is the result style used for the final output.

Recall Chat is where clarification questions, confirmed answers, and the completed narrative appear.

Global Recall Library stores ready narrative options by Recall number and repair path. It is shared across accounts and does not store VINs, mileage values, repair-order details, or customer information.

How to use it

The chat opens by asking for the Recall number only, such as 91TV.

Recall Builder searches the database first. If the Recall is found, the chat lists every saved option. If it is not found with a source, paste the official Recall document or attach one PDF/DOCX file so AI can extract every option.

When the numbered options appear, enter only the applicable option number, for example 2.

AI receives the complete source, all available options, the selected option, and any saved ready narrative references. It then asks only the additional questions required for the selected path or prepares the narrative when no other option-specific facts are missing. Inspection-only and no-update outcomes still receive a complete narrative.

After all option-specific questions are complete, AI asks for mileage as the final input. Enter both values together in this format: Mileage in: 12345, Mileage out: 12350.

The final narrative is returned only after the option, all required completion facts, and mileage in/out are confirmed. A sanitized reusable version is saved without VINs, mileage values, repair-order details, or customer information.

Global Recall Library

Select the book icon to open the separate Global Recall Library popup. Search by Recall number to view and copy ready narratives. This library workflow never calls AI and does not change the active Recall Builder conversation. Options without a ready narrative are not returned.

New Recall clears the current in-memory chat so you can submit another recall document.

Copy can be used beside an AI message when you want to move the final narrative into another system or document.
