Technician stories rarely arrive in one perfect message. Diagnostics develop, measurements are added, corrections happen, and the final repair needs to read as one accurate narrative. Narrative Polish now treats that full story as the source of truth throughout the conversation.
One complete narrative after every follow-up
- Add facts without rebuilding the story. Send the next test result, repair step, measurement, or verification and Narrative Polish returns the complete updated narrative—not only the newest sentence.
- Correct details cleanly. A correction replaces the superseded fact throughout the story while preserving the remaining chronology and technical details.
- Answer clarifications in context. When the assistant needs a missing detail, your reply is applied to the accumulated narrative instead of starting over.
Smarter separation between repair cases
A new relationship gate decides whether the latest note belongs to the active case before any content is merged. Independent concerns—such as an overnight battery draw added during an overheating conversation—are kept separate, even when they involve the same vehicle. Related diagnostic, repair, and verification steps remain together.
Faster controls where you need them
The refreshed compose area now includes:
- an inline Help guide for clarifications, automatic topic separation, history, and copying;
- compact History access;
- a dedicated New Conversation action beside the composer; and
- a persistent Copy action on every polished AI response.
