What it does
Narrative Polish is a private Account ID conversation that turns rough technician notes, quick write-ups, or messy bullet points into a cleaner professional narrative.
Grammar, spelling, and tone are cleaned up so the final result reads more clearly for service documentation.
Technical narrative keeps the focus on the repair or diagnostic story instead of casual first-person wording.
How to use it
History opens the private list of saved conversations without permanently occupying the chat page.
New conversation inside History starts a separate technician narrative.
Conversation history lists saved conversations for the current Account ID. Other Account IDs cannot read them.
Use the trash action to delete one conversation. Delete all conversations removes all Grammar history for the current Account ID after confirmation by entering DELETE ALL.
Message box accepts raw technician notes, additions, corrections, or an answer to an AI clarification question. Each related follow-up updates one complete technician narrative while preserving established facts and chronology. Corrections replace superseded facts rather than duplicating them. The AI returns only the newly added portion when that is explicitly requested.
If a message is clearly a new case, the tool automatically starts a new conversation and shows an Undo action. This includes an independent concern on the same vehicle, such as moving from an overheating case to a battery/parasitic-draw case. If the relationship is uncertain, the AI asks whether it is a new case instead of splitting automatically.
Long related conversations continue using a compact context summary while the complete human-readable message history remains saved.
