Client User Dashboard

Main dashboard

Main dashboard is the client-side area for monitoring the workspace. The main dashboard page opens on Current Month Usage and shows Usage and Estimated Cost for the current calendar month.

Weekly Token Usage shows how many tokens were used during the current week and the date range used for that weekly total.

Processed Tokens shows the total computing units consumed during the current calendar month.

Credits Remaining shows the remaining account credit balance and the reset date for that credit balance.

Plan Tokens Remaining shows how many plan tokens are still available and when the plan token allowance resets.

Account ID Metrics shows usage by Account ID after tool users generate activity. If there is no activity yet, the dashboard explains that no Account IDs have generated activity for the current month and gives two actions: Open Usage Controls and Open Tools Workspace.

Usage Controls

Account Management is where the client user creates and manages Account IDs for tool access. This page is used to create access keys, add labels, suspend or reactivate access, manage daily token limits, and archive an Account ID while preserving its historical usage.

Create your first Account ID appears when no Account IDs exist yet. It explains that each team member signs into the tools workspace with an Account ID, recommends creating one Account ID per person, role, or bay, and gives shortcuts back to the overview or into the tools workspace.

Account IDs is the management area for creating and reviewing access codes. The create form includes an Account ID field, a User Name field for the label, a Generate action for creating a new code, and a Create Account ID button.

Account ID is the access code the tool user will use to enter the tools workspace.

Label is the readable name attached to the Account ID so usage and billing reports are easier to understand later.

Status shows whether the Account ID is active or suspended.

Daily Token Limit shows the maximum tokens that Account ID can use per day. Unlimited means no daily cap is set for that Account ID.

Actions opens the controls for managing the selected Account ID.

Usage Reports is where the client user reviews monthly usage report records.

Report Filter narrows the report list by month and year. By default, the latest 6 months are shown.

Year filters the table to one year, or All years keeps reports from every available year.

Clear resets the month and year filters back to All months and All years.

Total Reports shows how many usage report records are available before the current visible list is narrowed.

Subscription Management is used to change plans in Stripe Billing through the managed subscription flow. If a paid subscription is canceled, the workspace falls back to the free baseline so plan options remain available.

Manage Subscription opens the Stripe subscription management flow.

Token Top-Ups lets the client user buy additional one-time token credits when more usage is needed before the next plan reset.

Available top-up balance shows how many purchased top-up tokens are currently available.

Buy 1,000,000 Tokens starts checkout for a 1,000,000 token top-up.
