What it does
Maintenance Analysis Tool compares the vehicle’s current mileage, maintenance schedule intervals, and service history to identify maintenance that may be due.
Maintenance Report is the result area where the completed analysis appears.
AI Maintenance Analysis is the report format used for the result.
How to use it
VIN is where you enter the vehicle identification number. Use the full 17-character VIN when it is available.
Current Mileage is where you enter the vehicle mileage that should be used for the maintenance check.
Add Maintenance Schedule Intervals appears when company default intervals are available. Leave it unchecked to use the company defaults, or check it when you want to enter custom intervals for this analysis.
Maintenance Schedule Intervals is where you paste maintenance schedule intervals when custom intervals are needed.
Service History is where you paste repair order history, past service records, or other maintenance history.
Analyze Maintenance creates the maintenance report.
Refresh clears the current result so you can start over.
Copy can be used from the result panel when you want to move the maintenance report into another system or document.
Print can be used from the result panel when you need a printed copy of the maintenance report.
