What it does
Job Story Builder Tool turns raw manual steps, technician notes, or uploaded document content into a finished service narrative.
OEM-compliant service narrative is the goal of this tool. It helps the final wording read like a clear repair story instead of loose notes.
Final Narrative is the result area where the completed story appears.
How to use it
VIN is where you enter the vehicle identification number. Use the full 17-character VIN when it is available.
Vehicle Make may appear if the vehicle details need extra confirmation. Enter the make, such as Toyota, Volkswagen, or Ford.
OEM Compliance Checklist is where you select the statements that apply to the repair. Only select items that were actually completed.
Fasteners Replaced should be selected when fasteners were replaced as part of the job.
Factory Torque should be selected when the repair was tightened to the required factory torque specification.
Coolant Fill/Bleed should be selected when the repair included coolant filling or bleeding.
Timing Adaptation should be selected when timing adaptation was completed.
Test Drive should be selected when a test drive was completed.
Source Manual / Technician Notes is where you paste official manual information, completed repair steps, or raw technician notes.
Upload Document Files can be used when the source material is in a PDF or DOCX file.
Generate Narrative creates the final service narrative.
Refresh clears the current result so you can start over.
Copy can be used from the result panel when you want to move the final narrative into another system or document.
Print can be used from the result panel when you need a printed copy of the final narrative.
