Current sales tool status#
The sales workspace now includes a live VIN Decoder backed by NHTSA vPIC data. Acquisition Strategist remains an upcoming sales workflow and is hidden in production.
What this means for users#
Sales users can decode a 17-character VIN to confirm vehicle identity, major specs, and selected safety equipment before customer follow-up or appraisal conversations. If a field is blank, that means NHTSA did not return a decoded value for that VIN.
