Service Advisor Tools

The service advisor workspace currently includes Communications and Maintenance Analysis. Communications is intended for customer-facing written output and helps the advisor produce clearer and more polished messaging. Maintenance Analysis supports maintenance-related workflows for advisor use and can work from the maintenance information already available to the advisor.

Before using advisor tools, the user should have confirmed service findings or maintenance information, the correct vehicle details when the workflow depends on the vehicle, and a clear idea of what needs to be communicated to the customer.
